Support Tips
Very few dare to take hands-on service to the level that we do. Let us help you with your theme and even teach you a thing or two along the way. With that said, here are a few helpful tips when sending us a message:
- Include the theme name in the subject line. For example District - Trouble Adding Instagram
- Make sure you include a link to your site and any specific pages you are having trouble with.
- We think screenshots are awesome and help us see exactly what you are seeing. www.take-a-screenshot.org
- By the end of every weekday, Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Time, we do our best to respond to every support request we have received. We will do our best to turn on an auto-responder if our average reply time is longer than 24 hours. This occasionally happens after long holidays.
- Mention your favorite thing to eat for breakfast. That way we will know that someone read this far.
