How do I open the HTML/CSS theme editor?

To work within your theme files you will frequently have to access the HTML and CSS settings within your theme editor. To do this, click on the ellipsis (three dots) button and select Edit HTML/CSS and you will see all of the files associated with your theme from within the theme editor
